Q: Can I refund my order/s?

A: We regret that we do not offer refunds.

We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product.

Q: Can I return my products?

A: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. 

Kindly check your cart to ensure items and quantities ordered are correct before checking out for payment.

Q: I received an incorrect or missing product, what should I do?

A: Oh dear, our apologies! Please drop us an email at procurement@inventureinvest.com, with:

-your order number

-photos of the item/s   you have received (and unused).

-your contact email

 We will get back to you as soon as we can. 

 

Q: Am I able to return item/s bought from ATOBK in another country to GenXYZ?

A: All returns for purchases not made through us on this platform are currently not available.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Approximately 3-7 working days by our 3rd party delivery service provider. You will receive an email notification once the order has been scheduled for delivery.

Q: What is the standard shipping charges?

A: Our standard shipping charges per order are as follows:

  • Orders SGD $ 20.00 and above are entitled to free shipping in Singapore.
  • A SGD $ 5.00 shipping fee will be applied for orders below SGD $20.00.

Please note that for shipping to Sentosa and Tuas area, extra shipping charges shall apply. 

Q: How can I track my parcel?

A: Once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number enclosed. Kindly check your junk mail if you did not receive any email from us.

Q: Is there international shipping?

A: We do not ship internationally: we only ship to addresses in Singapore.

Q: What happens if my order failed to deliver because of address?

A: Your order will be sent back to our warehouse if the delivery failed due to inaccurate or incomplete address.

We will redeliver your order with a nominal redelivery fee, borne by you.  

Q: Why is my shipment delayed?

Please expect a 2-week delay in shipping during sale period. Rest assured that we will be working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible.
